Adding CSS

Once you have your template backed up, click on the button to “Edit HTML”. Look for the bit of code near the top that looks like this:

you can also find this code by built in search.just press  ctrl+f   and then find the code  ]]>

now after getting this code make new line and paste your CSS code just above/before it.

Addind HTML

Now half of work has been done so move to next and last step that is to add HTML part of navigation/dropdown menu.Generally most of bloggers use the menu on top of blog but you may show your menu on any part of your blog like sidebar or  at footer etc by going to

  "Layout" >> "Add a Gadget". 

but we are going to show it in on top which is best practice.so it can be added in two ways by editing html and by manually placing the code in Add a Gadget under header but if we places the code thrugh Add a Gadget then our CSS will not work so we are oing to add it through editing html.So in EDIT HTML search the code
